Food in Saitama

Entering Chez Noir is like stepping into 1920s Europe. This quirky cafe is crammed from top to bottom with period pieces that would remind you of Miyazaki's animation "Howl's Moving Castle." What's more amazing is that the owner built this cafe all by himself with recycled materials.
