You can take a boat tour here, the scenery is very beautiful and can clearly see Mount Fuji on a sunny day. If you visit Hakone, you can purchase a ticket package containing the tour boat. But pay attention to the time.

I visited that place twice, took boat rides and both times didn't see Fuji-san as it was hidden behind cloud! It was disappointing, of course. So, the view with Fuji-san is never guaranteed.

really nice lake, with a view on Fuji-san when you are lucky. The Torii in the water is a beautiful scenario.
